Probe Demanded as Ram Lalla Idol Photos Leak, Chief Priest Calls for Investigation

Acharya Satyendra Das, Chief Priest of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, has called for an investigation into the leakage of photos featuring the idol of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya.

Das emphasized that the eyes of Lord Ram’s idol should not be revealed until the completion of Pran Pratishtha. He expressed concern over the viral spread of pictures showing the idol’s eyes and urged an inquiry into the source of the leak.

The images, carved from black stone in Karnataka, circulated on social media, drawing attention from VIPs. Vishwa Hindu Parishad and temple trust officials denied releasing any pictures, suggesting they might have been taken discreetly before the idol’s installation.

The makeshift temple of Ram Lalla is temporarily closed in preparation for the installation ceremony. Darshan will be suspended until the ceremony on January 22.
